Rate limits
Requests per minute per workspace, by plan.
A workspace may make a number of requests per minute that depends on its plan, shared by all its API keys and connected assistants. Every request counts, including ones that fail. Analytics requests count toward that allowance and also have their own:
| Plan | Requests per minute | Analytics per minute |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 30 | 5 |
| Basic | 120 | 10 |
| Pro | 600 | 30 |
A plan change applies from the next request.
Creating many links? Create links in bulk takes up to 100 in one request, which counts once.
Headers
Every response says where you stand:
| Header | Meaning |
|---|---|
RateLimit-Limit | Requests allowed per minute |
RateLimit-Remaining | Requests left in the current minute |
RateLimit-Reset | Seconds until the allowance resets |
On analytics endpoints the headers describe the analytics allowance.
When you hit the limit
Requests over the limit get 429 with the code rate_limit_exceeded and a Retry-After header: wait that many seconds, then retry.
